Wellington and the American Legion Post 390 – Wellington will honor all veterans with a Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony. Veterans are invited to walk in a Memorial Day Parade at 8:15 AM at Wellington’s Village Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard. The parade ends at Wellington’s Veterans Memorial, located on the corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and South Shore Boulevard, and will be followed immediately by the Memorial Day Ceremony that begins at 8:30 AM.

If you are an active or retired veteran attending the ceremony, you will have an opportunity to register at the Wellington tent, the morning of the event, to be recognized during the ceremony. To become a part of this event or to walk in the parade, please contact Michelle Garvey at 561-791-4082.

Flags of Wellington

Wellington is excited to announce a partnership with the Rotary Club of Wellington and Eagle Scout Troop 777 to present the Village of Wellington’s “Flags of Wellington” display, Saturday, May 10th through Saturday, June 14th along Forest Hill Blvd, just behind the Patriot Memorial. The flags represent a community celebration of remembrance, unity, and spirit.
