Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

Parade
10:00 am Parade forms at Library Plaza 10:30 am Parade Starts from Library Plaza onto Ocean St. The parade then proceeds to the Town Green

Ceremony
Ceremony at Town Green in front of Marshfield Town Hall, immediately following parade, to honor Veterans who gave their lives in war

Please check Town Website if weather is a concern In case of inclement weather there will be no parade and ceremony will be held inside at Furnace Brook Middle School

(Weather Permitting) Parade Starts Promptly At 10:30am
Ceremony Starts Promptly At 11:00am

In order to protect the health of our elderly or disabled veterans and residents,  in the event of inclement weather, the parade will be canceled and the Ceremony will be held inside at the Furnace Brook Middle School at 11:00. This will be determined by the Board of Selectman 2 days prior.

We will have the Memorial Day Ceremony on the TOWN GREEN at Town Hall (870 Moraine St Marshfield MA 02050)

This route has allowed our older veterans to participate and march when they normally cannot.

Parade Route:

Left onto Ocean St.
Pause at Town Green at Town Hall
Left onto Moraine St.
Left onto Snow Rd., file onto Town Green at crosswalk
Ceremony immediately following
