Monticello's annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Monticello Township Cemetery. Service starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. at the flagpole in the old part of the cemetery. Flag raising, speakers, and rifle salute hosted by the Hamm-Burke American Legion Post 101 and the Piatt County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5346.
