Join us this Memorial Day as we come together for one of CrossFit’s most iconic hero workouts: Murph. This workout is more than a test of physical grit- it’s a tribute to Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all those who’ve given their lives in service to our country.
The Workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(With a 20/14 lb vest if you have one)
Whether you’re going RX, scaled, or teaming up with a partner, this workout is for everyone- a powerful way to unite
our community on this special day.
