Hemisfair’s New Year’s Eve celebration will feature live performances, delicious local food and drink vendors, family-friendly activities, and a dazzling midnight fireworks display that lights up the city skyline. Gather your friends and loved ones to make memories in the heart of downtown—this is one party you won’t want to miss!

The San Antonio Parks Foundation is excited to host the Celebrate SA New Year’s Eve Party and Countdown in Downtown San Antonio, proudly sponsored by Ready to Work! Join us from 6 PM to Midnight for an unforgettable evening filled with live music, delicious food, carnival games, and festive fun.

While the majority of CelebrateSA will take place on Market Street, Hemisfair will host two fabulous events. Check out below more information!

6:00pm – 8:00pm- Kids Countdown

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Yanaguana Garden at Hemisfair with a fun-filled evening for the whole family! Join us from 6 PM to 8 PM for a special Kids Countdown at 8 PM, where the little ones can enjoy crafts, music, games, and Story Time with Ms. Kim. The night will also feature a family-friendly carnival presented by AC Amusements at the South Alamo Lot behind the Magik Theatre, offering even more entertainment and joy for everyone. It’s the perfect way to ring in the New Year with your kiddos!

6:00pm – Midnight - Celebrate at Civic

Ring in the New Year with Hemisfair and Sound Cream Airstream at Celebrate in Civic! This lively dance party in Civic Park features Cumbiatron, a photo booth by Dru Photo, and front-row access to a midnight fireworks show. Suggested donations of $25 support Hemisfair, with $150+ donors receiving a picnic blanket and four drink tickets (while supplies last). Join us for music, fun, and community connection!

All donations support Hemisfair and the engaging, free community programming they provide. Entry to Celebrate in Civic is limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis.
