The indulgence continues with our signature MTL Golden Yolk, paired with velvety lemon crème fraîche and the briny luxury of caviar. Next, a rich and aromatic Celeriac Soup, heightened with the earthy essence of black winter truffle and a touch of Pecorino, promises to warm your palate. A perfectly layered Potato Pavé, enriched with beef tallow, sturgeon caviar, and creamy house-made crème fraîche, offers a decadent interlude.
