Celebrate New Year’s Eve with the whole family at our lively Conference Center bash! Enjoy three food stations with wings, nachos, and sweets, plus optional shrimp cocktails. Dive into video games in the Pixel Lounge, unwind in the Boardgame Room, or dance at the Silent Disco in the Bright Ballroom. Toast 2025 with champagne or sparkling cider at midnight, while little ones enjoy an early ball drop at 10:30 PM. Fun for all ages!

Load Up Bar
Sink your teeth into our three delicious food stations at our Load Up Bar in the Rotunda featuring boneless wings, nachos, loaded fries with a variety of toppings and sauces, plus veggies with dip. And if you have a sweet tooth, enjoy a variety of brownies and cookies. Guests also have an option to add-on a personal shrimp cocktail in advance (online only) at an additional $12 per person. These will not be sold at the event.

The Pixel Lounge
The Pixel Lounge, in the Woodland Rooms, beckons with walls lined with video games in a variety of genres.

Boardgame Room
New for this year is the Boardgame Room, in the Glade Room, where you can unplug and count down the clock with a large variety of board games within lots of cozy corners.

Silent Disco
Alternatively, just around the corner from the Woodland Rooms, The Bright Ballroom awaits, with Silent Disco and dancing, a cash bar with a variety of libations, and a lounge area if you just want to relax. With Silent Disco, you choose your musical journey from your choice of multiple electrifying playlists through headphones, and you can groove to your favorite tunes and celebrate in your own unique way.

Midnight Ball Drop
While the ball drops at midnight in the Bright Ballroom, the 21 and over crowd can enjoy an included champagne toast, while those under 21 can savor sparkling cider. We haven’t forgotten our youngest guests! A special early ball drop will be at 10:30 pm so the little ones can partake in the excitement*.
