If midnight is past your bedtime, join The Colony Public Library for a Noon Year’s Eve Party to celebrate the new year. Have a ball with crafts, snacks and a countdown to 12:00 PM noon. This come-and-go, family friendly program takes place from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM in the Library Multipurpose Room.
