Perhaps most importantly, this hour-long class is a time for you to be with your body and your baby during your pregnancy – which can be a busy and full time! Class will include a variety of props to help offer a well supported practice. Ideally, each session will leave participants feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected to themselves and their baby.
Neva has over 15 years of teaching experience with a combination of ballet barre, yoga, meditation, contemporary dance, acrobatics, and somatics. She has many years of teaching pre- and post-natal embodiment, including training new instructors how to do so. She is the mother of a 3-year-old named Dion and during this series will be in the second trimester with baby #2.
