He will cover two daily routines that anyone can do: psychic protection to start the day & cutting cords to finish the day.

Psychic protection puts up an energetic shield between you & others while cutting cords will regain the energy you have sent out throughout the day.

In the last part of the class, Jason will crank up the energy & bring his healing team in to minister to you. He will set the stage for the most beneficial energy you have ever felt, flooding your body with light & love.
