An evening to remember what harmony feels like—within and without.
Join us for a deeply restorative journey into stillness, sound, and consciousness, where the practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra open pathways to rest the body, balance the nervous system, and quiet the mind.
Lisa Willett has been studying and teaching traditional Rāja Yoga for 25 years. Also known as "the yoga of the mind", the primary practices are based in stillness, and offer profound understanding of the inner landscape, and the nature of consciousness.
The practice will be anchored by Will Lopes on acoustic guitar creating a sonic landscape for renewal, while Ray Willett offers vibroacoustic tuning with tuning forks, bringing science and subtle energy together. The frequencies produced by tuning forks are known to entrain brainwaves, regulate the vagus nerve, and promote states of physiological and emotional coherence — a measurable harmony between heart, mind, and breath.
This special experience invites you to rest in pure awareness — the still point beneath thought, where consciousness and vibration meet. Through breath, tone, and resonance, the body becomes an instrument of peace.
