Always the second weekend in June. June 12-15, 2025. At Sacajawea State Park, Pasco, Washington.
The site is on the confluence to the Snake and Columbia rivers. Festival campers must pay a $15 registration, and also pay $15 per night per vehicle staying overnight. On Friday at 4:30pm, will will have a private potluck meal open to campers and MCTAMA members. Please bring your favorite dish. Festival campers may arrive on Thursday, June 12, 2025, after 10:00am, and must vacate by Monday, June 16, 2025, by 10:00am. Everything is first come first served, but don’t worry there is a huge amount of space. There will be no food or other vendors on site, make sure you have enough food and beverages. We are a short drive from Pasco if you do run out. Please note that we only accept cash or personal checks
There will be a Contra Dance Friday evening, 7pm to 9pm. All Old Time musicians are welcome to play for the dance. Text our phone number for a song list. Due to how the calendar laid out this year, Discover Passes are required during the duration of the festival. Parking is either $10 per day, or use your Washington State Parks “Discover Pass” ($30 annual fee). The Saturday evening concert is still free to the public (except for parking). Campers who have paid the registration fee and campng fee don’t need a Discover Pass nor day parking fee receipt. All activities are free and included with your registration, and also are free to the public.
