If you're seeking a moment of calm in the midst of a busy life, join Ann, Jackie, and Michelle as they create a sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and bells. Sacred Sounds in Sacred Spaces offers a relaxing retreat, where the gentle vibrations of sound invite you to reconnect with yourself. The open atriums in these sacred spaces amplify the soothing sounds, allowing you to experience a deep sense of calm.

Session 1 will be held on Sunday February 16th at 3pm at the Phelps Mansion Museum. Participants should bring their own comfort items, such as yoga mats, pillows, or chairs.
