The new charcuterie shop is owned by avid foodies, Christian and Marissa Ayar and their brother, Travis Kinaya, who are eager to serve Orchard Lake and bring people together to celebrate everything. At Graze Craze, charcuterie boards and boxes are curated by a team of expert Grazologists™, who combine a variety of flavors, colors and textures to create the ultimate dining experience.
