First Day Hike (Self-Guided)

Join us at Purtis Creek and take to the trails to celebrate TPWD's 13th annual First Day Hike!

Ring in the New Year by hitting the trails with us at Purtis Creek! If you opt. to do a self-guided hike, make sure you come by the office to log your miles and receive a commemorative sticker!

Bring: Water, weather appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes.

Cost: Entry fee is $5 for ages 13 & older and free for 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass).
