Who’s Invited?
Current Residents are encouraged to bring family, friends, and coworkers to explore the property and take advantage of our Referral Bonus Program.
Prospective Residents will also have a chance to learn more about the community and apply on-site.

Current Residents: If all members of your household sign a lease renewal during the event, you’ll earn one spin per household.
Referral Spins: Residents who bring someone to tour the property will earn one spin for each referral.
Social Media Participation: Snap a photo on the property and tag us on Facebook or Instagram during the event to earn a spin.

Prospects:
New Tours: First-time visitors are welcome to spin the wheel after touring the property.
Applications: Prospects who apply on-site during the event can spin the wheel.
