5:00 PM: Celebrating Women in Public Space Design Bike Ride

Details: This ride will showcase the incredible pedestrian and bike improvements shaping Macon’s public spaces. We’ll highlight projects like Cotton Avenue Plaza, Rosa Parks Square, Linear Park, and Walnut Street (focusing on the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail), celebrating how these spaces have been transformed to connect and inspire our community.

What makes this ride special is its focus on women-led contributions to the design, planning, and execution of these projects. At each stop, we’ll hear from the women behind these spaces, learning about the vision, challenges, and successes involved in their creation.

Meet: Rosa Parks Square - we'll meet at the patio at Just Tap'd (488 1st St). Ride is approximately 5 miles with multiple stops.
