Also known as “moving meditation,” tai chi is a series of slow, gentle motions that are patterned after movements in nature. It has many health benefits for both body and mind and promotes an overall sense of well-being, vitality and inner calm. The class offers deep, internal understanding of the practice and whether this is your first time or you’ve been practicing for years, you are welcome! Taught in an open, friendly atmosphere.
