Hailing from the Shenandoah Valley, The Amateur Rodeo plays captivating original music written by the award-winning songwriter Julia Catherine and a variety of both familiar and obscure covers. This rodeo is heavily influenced by the rich music traditions in Virginia and presents All-Americana music, ranging from Appalachian folk to New Orleans Jazz.
