For human nature letting go is one of the hardest things to do, as it runs counter to our powerful and primal need to feel safe, loved, and successful. Non-attachment (viragya) and well-grounded practice (abhyasa) are two of yoga’s fundamental concepts that will lead us to mastering the art of letting go. Join us on a contemplative exploration of non-attachment (viragya). We will fine tune, master, and turn viragya into art through purposeful practice (abhyasa). This workshop invites participants of all levels to unravel the skills of release—physically, through the soothing embrace of restorative yoga; mentally, through diverse breath and meditation practices; and energetically, aligning with knowledge and intention. Connect to the harmony of relaxation, mindfulness, and self-discovery through the intentional practices of yoga. Open to all, no experience necessary.
