No (unauthorized) bikes, rollerblades, strollers, skateboards, or dogs will be allowed on any part of the active 10K/5K/1 mile race course during the event. This is for everyone's safety!

The Ridgewood Run, a spirited day of multiple outdoor running events promoting health, wellness, family and community, is the perfect way to kick off summer. It is produced by the North Jersey Masters Running Club, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and since 1976, has taken place annually on Memorial Day in the Village of Ridgewood.

In addition to drawing local and county residents, the race attracts thousands of participants, volunteers and spectators from across New Jersey, the tri-state area and beyond.

The races include a 5K, 10K, a 1 Mile Run and the Ridgewood YMCA Kids Fun Run. The Ridgewood Run supports inclusivity and opportunity for individuals to safely participate. Please contact [email protected] for inquiries about accessibility.
