In Malcolm Gladwell’s Ted Talk, he discussed how he made an egregious mistake explaining the decline in crime in NYC.  

Unlike most public figures, Gladwell apologized for the consequences of his mistake.

We’ll discuss the ramifications of his mistake and his apology, and how it challenges us to look at our own beliefs, and to be more careful before seeing something as a fact.
