Under the 2025 Legislative Session Policy and Programs Fellowship awarded by Earthshare Texas, Javier has assisted GEAA in our work to accomplish our legislative priorities during the 89th Legislative Session, running January through May. Javier has been working alongside GEAA Policy Director Rachel Hane, conducting research projects and working on policy and advocacy writing and communications.
