This free event is open to the entire family. It includes a dynamic keynote speaker, patriotic music, cannon firing detail & taps, plus a flower-laying ceremony & picnic lunch.

We are honored to welcome Kevin Lacz — decorated Navy SEAL, bestselling author of The Last Punisher, & actor in American Sniper — as the keynote speaker for this year’s Memorial Day Ceremony at Sunset Memorial Park.

Kevin served with the legendary SEAL Team THREE alongside Chris Kyle during the Iraq War’s most intense battles. After his service, he became a physician assistant, entrepreneur, & co-founder of a nonprofit that supports wounded veterans & their families.

From the frontlines of Ramadi to the big screen & beyond, Kevin’s story is one of courage, resilience, & unwavering service.
