'Fulfilled Her Purpose on the Court': Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller Is 'Ready for a New Challenge'

After 25 years of service to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller will retire from the intermediate appellate bench when her fourth term of office expires on Dec. 31. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Report, Miller said she'd "fulfilled her purpose on the court," before revealing that she's "ready for a new challenge."
