Visitors to Hill City Wine, Brew & BBQ have the opportunity to mingle with some of the best competition BBQ teams in the region on Elm Street in downtown Hill City. The teams may be busy preparing their entries into the various divisions of the competition or serving their BBQ for the People’s Choice competition.

3:00pm-5:00pm: Live Music
5:00pm: Kids Q start cooking
5:00pm-6:00pm: Kids Q competition
6:00pm: Kids Q judging
6:30pm-9:00pm: Live Music TBA

Saturday August 26, 2023

10:00am-8:00pm: BBQ Alley and Wine and Brew Fest Open open container in designated areas with purchase of $5 wristband
11:00am-1:00pm: Backyard BBQ Rib Fest- people’s choice competition (purchase wristbands for $20 for tasting and voting)
1:45pm-3:00pm: People’s Choice KCBS ($2 per token for sampling and voting)
2:00pm-4:00pm: Live Music
4:00pm: Awards
5:00pm-8:00pm: Live Music TBA
