Meet Our Chefs

For 2024 we will be bringing our very first chef from Australia, one of the very best and most awarded from Down Under. We will also be joined by a world-renowned TV celebrity chef who has competed in Iron Chef and Top Chef. Joining host Chef Ken Frank to create the magical culinary festival weekend of truffle tour de force will be:

- Chef Damian Brabender of OTIS Dining Hall, Canberra, Australia
