2022-2023 Cultural Heritage Grant Applications Now Available

BISMARCK, N.D. – The Cultural Heritage Grant Program provides grant funding for local museums and historical societies for exhibits, special projects or events, education activities, collections, and capital improvements. Applications for the 2022-2023 Cultural Heritage Grant­­ Rolling Awards are being accepted now through May 30, 2023. Applications will be reviewed and grants awarded on a rolling basis as funds remain available through May 1, 2023.

Applications and guidelines for the grant programs are available at bit.ly/CulturalHeritageGrants or can be requested by contacting Grants and Contracts Officer Amy Munson at 701.328.3573. Funding of $70,000 for these grant programs was authorized by the North Dakota Legislature. The Cultural Heritage Grant Program has been administered by the State Historical Society since it was first created in 2003.
