In honor of Austin's Free Day of Yoga, held every year since 1998, we're having a Yoga Festival with FREE mini classes, vendors, raffles, and more!

Labor Day has been the city's designated Free Day of Yoga for over 20 years and we want to celebrate and open our doors to anyone interested in learning more about yoga. We'll have a variety of free classes including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hip Hop Vinyasa, Yin, and mini workshops, Meditation and Chanting, Inversions, Breathwork, and Sound Bath.
