9 AM - 12 Noon: Stacked Dutch Oven Demonstration by Jack Schmidt
Grandview Park Covered Pavilion

We've all heard of wood-fired, grilled or oven baked pizza, but how about a Dutch Oven pizza? Is there anything these amazing cooking vessels can't do?. This year Jack Schmidt will be making pizzas. He will also discuss the care, cleaning and storage of Dutch Ovens and how stacking them helps to save space and heat source. At the end, you will be able to sample his creation.
