2nd Annual Fresh-Hopped Fest

Fresh-hopped beers don't come around often, so our advice is to taste as many as you can, while you can. What's so special about these once-a-year wonders? Think of a piney forest on a dewy morning. Imagine citrus – tart, but not sour. Conjure the fresh herbs of summer. A whisper of floral notes, and you're halfway to imagining a fresh-hopped beer.

And when we say fresh, we mean it: brewers add these hops to waiting beers within hours of picking, and each variety adds aroma and flavor all its own. Mosaic, Cascade, Strata, Centennial, Sabra – the Northwest is a mecca of hop-growing, so they're all within reach of our breweries, and you'll find them all at this specialty beer tasting.
