Raise a toast with Chef Jim Shirley to the 18th Annual Celebration of Bubbles. Sparkling wine enthusiasts will join Chef and his team at Seaside's newest wine bar, 87 Central, as they explore Champagne, Cava, Prosecco (and more!) while enjoying a selection of delectable brunch offerings that will be the pièce de résistance of a remarkable weekend. Tickets are limited and only available individually for the Celebration of Bubbles and are Not included in General Admission or VIP packages.
