-Craft Cocktail Class and Tasting with The Pouring Parlor at Cottonwood Center for the Arts - $40 per person

This seminar will introduce you to some unique cocktails with an adventurous twist  featuring wines and inspirations from our host country -  New Zealand. An intimate and interactive experience with mixologists for The Pouring Parlor who will show you how the featured cocktails are crafted! This is a relaxed and fun way to kick off our Wine Fest weekend!

-Sparkling Wine Tasting Seminar-At The US Olympic and Paralympic Museum - $65 per person

-Wine-paired Lunch with Winemakers and Guest Chefs-At The Warehouse - $120 per person

11am: Wine and Cheese: The Ultimate Match
-Wine and Cheese Pairing Seminar- At The Broadmoor-$85 per person

In this "Festival Favorite" seminar, we will taste several wines and sample several cheeses to see if we can find the Ultimate Match.
Our New Zealand winemakers will be there to share their thoughts on matching their wines with certain types of cheeses. We will focus on cheeses that best complement the wines and let you know where you can purchase the cheeses used in the seminar.
