Get Spicy this Year at the Salsa and Salsa Class
Salsa Making and Mockaritas:  Put on your apron and chef hat and engage in an interactive cooking demonstration. All pertaining equipment and vegetables will be provided to start your salsa creations. Mix your own ingredients to the beat of your own taste, learn how to prepare mouthwatering Mockaritas and partake in all-you-care-to-enjoy beverages.

Tangy Green Salsa
Pico de Gallo
Guacamole
Tropical Salsa

Salsa Dancing:  Get ready for an easy-to-follow, salsa dancing lesson. Make your way around the dance floor, learning all the proper steps, to shake your body to the sound of this Afro-Latin tropical dance.

Fun for the Whole Family
This year’s festival will bring back tomato alley, a tomato eating contest, two beer and wine gardens, two stages, ten bands, a car show, and so much more! Premiering this year is a “Salsa and Salsa” class and canning demonstration.
