2025 Event: Time to breath in a new day by the peaceful turquoise Gulf waters by the beaches of South Walton, as Hotel Effie and Spa Lilliana present an event for our fitness aficionados. We are bringing together three of your favorite things - yoga, mimosas and the beach. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will lead you through a session that will rejuvenate your body and mind. Join us on the Beach for the ultimate Yoga on the Beach class, paired with a mimosas to welcome in the day. Session starts promptly at 9am.
