Monday - Leprechaun Day

Leprechauns change the name of the town to New Dublin for the week and will appear at various schools, nursing homes and businesses. View the Leprechaun Itinerary.

Schedule:

7:30 am - Leprechauns meet at Pup’s, Breakfast & Changing

8:45 am - Change sign on Hwy 54 East

9:00 am - Change sign 2 blocks north of Walmart at corner of 45 and Spurr Road

9:15 am - Sugar Bush Elementary School

10:15 am - Robins Nest Daycare, 112 W. Wolf River Ave.  (920) 982-1575

10:45 am - New London Daycare Center, 1825 Division St. (920) 982-6544

11:00 am - Change south-side New London signs *if time allows after daycare*

11:15 am - Trinity Terrace-St. Joe’s, 2835 Division St. (920) 982-5351

12:45 pm - Washington Center

1:15 pm - Lincoln Elementary School

Before 3 pm - Parkview Elementary School

2:50 pm - Readfield Elementary School

Tuesday - Hooligan Day

Corned beef and cabbage is served during the week at Pup’s Irish Pub and Pine Tree Supper Club on Hwy 54 in North Dublin (Northport) and places such as Crystal Falls, The Waters, Hilby’s, Family Diner and many other fine local establishments in New Dublin (New London). Find  Places to Eat.

Wednesday - Irish Caroling

Irish Caroling - 5:00 pm at St. Joseph Residence and other places. It’s a great way to learn all the traditional Irish sing-a-longs. Song sheets are provided. Meet at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home at 5:00 pm.

Thursday - Family Entertainment Night

Irish Entertainment & Dignitary Appreciation Night - 7:00 pm at New London Senior High School Auditorium. Talented artists from the New Dublin area present a moving evening of Irish entertainment on stage that features songs, dances, and the humor of Ireland. We will be introducing 2024 Irish Man and Irish Rose Dave and Debbie Sarna, Parade Grand Marshal Shotgun (Randy) Shannon from Y100, and the Irish Lad & Lassie. It’s great family entertainment. Free admission, donations appreciated.

Friday - Céili (kay-lee)

Irish Céili – 7:00 pm at Crystal Falls Banquet and Restaurant. A traditional gathering of friends and family in celebration of music & dance at. Come and learn how to do Irish dance with a Céili band, Flip O’ the Coin and Caller Bob Pillsbury. Fun for the whole family. Admission is free and donations are appreciated.

Saturday - Grand Parade and Irish Fest

St. Patrick’s Day Grand Parade - 1:00 pm downtown New Dublin. Wisconsin’s largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade includes marching and bagpipe bands, clown and specialty performers, clan and business floats. Over 100 units. Prizes awarded for the best entries.

New Dublin Irish Fest - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm - Held under a HUGE heated big top tent by the Festival Food parking lot downtown. Features Irish food, beverages, entertainment and market booths. Entertainment will be Sheamus Fitzpatrick and the McNally Boys from 11am - 12:30pm,

The Gleasons from 1-2:30pm and Band ‘O Barley from 3-6pm. Entrance to Irish Fest is $5.00 for the whole day.View the Irish Fest schedule.
