Join us for the annual 4th of July family celebration at Queens’ Marketplace! This free event will feature live music with local bands, keiki carnival games, face painting, a photo booth, and more!
Schedule:
Keiki Carnival Games
Keiki (and adults) can enjoy fun carnival-type games at this year’s event in partnership with Hawai’i Island’s local non-profit organizations: Humanity Hale, East Hawaii Community Center – Youth Arts Series, Waikoloa Dry Forest Initiative, Waikoloa Village Outdoor Circle, and Waikoloa School PTSA. Play carnival favorites like Tin Can Slam, Tic-Tac-Toe, Bank-a-Ball, and more! Keiki prizes available while supplies last.
Live Music
Enjoy great live performances by local bands K? Ma?ema?e Music , Tomi Isobe & Blues Dogs, and Off Da Cuff. Hawai’i island’s favorite radio host G.Cruz from KWXX will be broadcasting live at the event!
Scavenger Hunt
Pick up a form at the Scavenger Hunt Booth and embark on a fun adventure to find hidden images around Queens’ Marketplace. Once you’ve found all the images, bring your completed form back to the Scavenger Hunt booth to pick up a sweet prize! While supplies last, one form per keiki.
Keiki Activities & Photo Booth
Aunty Cynthia will be doing special patriotic face painting for keiki from 2-5:30 PM. Don’t forget to snap a family photo at the photo booth with your festive designs!
Plus, enjoy fun lawn games at the Coronation Pavilion, including corn hole, ring toss, Jenga, and Connect 4.
