58th Annual Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival

The Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival is a fun-filled five-day event attended by over 80,000 people in downtown New Baltimore. We feature a large, clean midway, Festival Tent with live entertainment, Miss Bay-Rama Queen’s Pageant, Kid’s Day Fun, a large firework display on the waterfront, a spectacular parade along Green Street, and much more!

4 PM - DIG FOR SILVER for ages 3 thru 6 – Sponsored by The New Baltimore Civic Club.

5 PM - PING PONG DROP We will have 2 drops, ages 3-6, then ages 7-10 in Walter & Mary Burke Park. Sponsored by The New Baltimore Lions Club.

6 - 11 PM - BIG TRUCK ENTERTAINMENT will be in Festival Tent before and after the Little Miss and Miss Bay-Rama Pageant. Bringing us Music with a Bite, we will enjoy some great music tonight.  No One under 21 after the Pageants are finished.

6:30 PM - THE MISS BAY-RAMA QUEEN’S PAGEANT Please join us as we crown the new Miss Bay-Rama and her Court and THE LITTLE MISS BAY-RAMA PAGEANT in the Festival Tent. Thank-you Bibbidi Bobbidi You of New Baltimore for sponsoring this years pageant as well as Everything Special Florist for all of the beautiful flowers.

7 PM - “CHICKEN CHUCKIN” CONTESTS Boys/girls ages 7-8-9 and 10-11-12. Adult “Chicken Chuckin” will follow, males/females ages 13 & up. Sponsored  by Chicken Shack of New Baltimore.

8 - 12:30 AM - We are excited to have THE MELDRUM BROTHERS BAND on stage tonight in Festival Tent. They are a local band that plays Country, Rock and the hits!  No one under 21 after 7:00pm. There is a $5.00 cover charge tonight.

6 - 9 pm - BAY-RAMA CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT Join us in Festival Tent for one of two tournaments this weekend. Register online at bay-rama. com. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. 12 - 2 PM - KID’S DAY Come join the fun for kids ages 12 and under for this free event.  We will enjoy music courtesy of TOP DOG ENTERTAINMENT while playing games and winning prizes. On site will be the Huron-Metro Parks Mobile Education Unit, Clinton River Water Shed, Miss Dig Mobile Unit, The New Baltimore Fire and Police Departments, New Baltimore Parks and Rec, and more. 2:30 PM - CARDBOARD BOAT REGATTA REGISTRATION BEGINSRegistration fee is $10.00 per boat and includes cardboard, one roll of duct tape & one knife. All boats are built on site today. All forms for this event are available at www.bay-rama.com.

3 PM - THE 4TH ANNUAL POWER WHEELS DEMOLITION DERBY Will feature two age groups today with ages 3-5 in one heat followed by ages 6-10. The goal is to pop the competition balloons! PARADE DAY! - Sunday, June 25 

11 AM - LINE-UP FOR THE PARADE Forming at Alfred & Base Street. The parade route is on Green St. to approximately ¼ mile before County Line Rd. 

NOON -  MIDWAY OPENS WITH MID AMERICA SHOWS $25.00 “Pay-one-price” wristbands are good until the midway closes today.  Individual tickets are available all day. Height restrictions on some rides.

1 PM -  BAY-RAMA FISHFLY FESTIVAL PARADE is sponsored by MEIJER.  Join us as our parade heads down Green Street. Find your perfect viewing spot along the parade route and watch as we celebrate our 58th Annual Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival. Parade winners will be announced approximately one hour after the conclusion of the parade at The Bay-Rama Headquarters located at the corner of Main & Washington Streets. We would like to thank all that participated in this year’s parade!

2-6 PM - Join BAND WAGON in Festival Tent after the parade to enjoy the afternoon with great songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s with a few current hits as well! Get on the BandWagon and enjoy the ride!
