The City of Springfield is excited to announce Will Moseley will be the featured headliner at the city’s fifth annual Freedom Fest, presented by Grace Baptist Church. Will Moseley will take the stage at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the Robertson County Fairgrounds. The concert is free and open to the public. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

Known for his distinct voice and powerful storytelling, Moseley was the runner-up on Season 22 of ABC’s American Idol. His fanbase has continued to grow with the success of original songs like “Gone for Good,” “Everything But Me,” and his latest single, “Mechanic.” Moseley has performed at venues across the country, delivering crowd-pleasing sets that span from classic to contemporary country. He has shared the stage with artists including Zac Brown Band, Dillon Carmichael, Whey Jennings, Megan Moroney, Marhsall Tucker Band, and other notable national acts.

Freedom Fest will also feature performances by Emmy Russell, an American Idol finalist and granddaughter of country music legend Loretta Lynn, as well as pop/funk dance group The Band Entice and classic rock/new country band Buzzy Poole & Friends. Performances begin at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to live music, Freedom Fest will feature carnival rides, inflatables, and local vendors. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from a variety of food vendors. The evening will conclude with the city’s fireworks display around 9:20 p.m.
