60th Annual Japanese Bazaar at Southern Alameda County Buddhist Church coming in July for 2 days, July 19th and 20th!
The Annual Japanese Bazaar is an exciting event that takes place this July 19th weekend, over the span of two days.
Hours: Sat: 11 am - 7 pm & Sun: 11 am - 3 pm
Free admission • everyone is welcome! • fun for the whole family!??
The event is organized by the Southern Alameda County Buddhist Church, a community-focused organization that welcomes everyone! During the two-day bazaar, visitors can expect to experience a wide array of activities, food and family entertainment. One of the highlights is the traditional Japanese food, including sushi, chicken teriyaki, gyoza, udon, manju, as well as teri burgers, teri dogs, corn-on-the-cob and shave ice. A popular attraction this year is a beer garden.
Apart from the delicious food, attendees can immerse themselves in cultural performances and demonstrations. The bazaar features traditional music, dance, martial arts displays and Taiko drum performances. Visitors can view Ikebana exhibit as well as shop for handicrafts, clothing, accessories, books and more in the indoor boutique.

Silent Auction—Bidding ends Sun. 7/20 at 1pm. Need not be present to win.
Raffle Ticket Drawing: Sun. 3pm
Games: Demon Smash, Duck Pond, Nickel Pitch and other games for children
