3:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Entry day for all exhibils, including Rabbits and Poultry

8:00 AM to 10:00 AM:  Livestock Auction Weigh-In (Swine 4pm. Sheep 5pm, Steers 6pm) Dairy, beef, sheep, & goats may be brought to fair on Friday

August 4, 2023

8:00 AM: Judging of exhibits to begins
8:30 AM: Foods Judging Contest
8:00 AM: Swine
9:00AM: Beef
9:45 AM: Clothing Judging Contest
11:00 AM: Dairy
Noon: Sheep
1:30 PM: Goats
2:00 PM: Rahbits
3:30 PM: Poultry

August 5th, 2023

10:30am: Ag Olympics
12:00-1:15pm: Livestock Buyer Registration
1:30 pm: Livestock Auction
Judging of Herdsmanship in all the livestock barns to continue during the entire fair. Judging of the barns may take place anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM

August 6, 2023

Exhibits on Display
4:00 PM: Judging of Herdsmanship to Continue- Announcing of Herdsmanship winners
4:00 to 6:00 PM:  Checkout time for livestock
4:30 PM to 6:30 PM: Checkout time for all other exhibits

August 12, 2023

9:00 am: Horse Show
8:00-9:00 am: Registration
