5:00pm - Grounds Open, Karaoke at the Community Performance Tent

All booths, stands and vendors open. Bingo in the air conditioned Jr Fair Building

7:00pm - Fairly Local Band in the Beer Garden until 11:00 Sponsored by Wapakoneta Edward Jones Agents

8:00pm - Elvis Impersonator, Richie Crouch, at the Community Performance Tent Midnight Beer Garden closes

July 4, 2024

7:00am - Rocket to the Moon 5k and 1 mile Fun Run registration

8:30am - Rocket to the Moon 5k begins

8:40am - 1 mile Fun Run begins

10:00am - Car Show registration begins Sponsored by Jimmy Seger, State Farm Agent and Autobahn

11:00am - Food Vendors, DnD games, Attendance Booth opens (18+ get your Free ticket for a chance to win $74, new drawing every hour here), Hamburger Stand, Pie Stand, Sausage Barn, and Waffle Stand open. Beer Stand opens.

Noon - National Anthem with VFW Post 8445 Color Guard
Romick Railway starts, Cornhole registration opens, Car Show begins

12:30pm - Rosary in the Community Performance Tent

1:00pm - Cake Wheel, Cornhole, Meat Raffle and Pony Rides start.

Children's Tent Sponsored by Nickelly Outdoor Living Specialists opens

1:30pm - Novelty Wheel opens, Community Performance Tent starts

3:00pm - Sizzler Drawing Starts! Lucky Pull, Tips, Quilt and OSU Raffles open, Mike Hemmelgarn - Comedy Juggler starts under the large tent. Car Show Awards

4:00pm - BBQ Chicken & Rib Dinners served until 6:30. Pre-Sale Only.
Kiddie Tractor Pull in Miller Building

5:00pm - Bingo starts in the air conditioned Jr Fair Building

6:30pm - Forty Acre Band in the Beer Garden until 10:30 Sponsored by Wapakoneta Edward Jones Agents

8:15pm - Thick & Thin Band in the Community Performance Tent until 11

10:30pm - Fireworks

11:00pm - Beer Garden closes
