6:00am: Breakfast served in Dining Hall until 10:30am
7:00am: Accepting Baking & Floral exhibits only, until 8:30am
8:00am: Fair Officially Open
8:30am: Judging Begins
8:30am: Swine Market Class-Breed Class to follow
8:30am: Sheep Market Class will follow 30 minutes after wine judging concludes Goat Market Class will follow 30 minutes after Sheep judging concludes Sheep & Goat Breed Classes
10:00am: Goat Roping Classes (all day)
11:00am: Professor Bamboozle-balloon twisting
2:00pm: 4-H Judging Contests
2:00pm: 4-H and FFA Demonstrations, times subject to change Food & Craft Building
2:00pm: Steer: 4-H & FFA Market Classes, followed by Open Youth Beef & Dairy Breed Classes
3:00pm: Professor Bamboozle-magic show
4:00pm: Animal Costume Contest and Barn Parade
6:00pm: Professor Bamboozle-magic show
7:00pm: Concert in the Arena-Jesse Quandt and Joey Anderson
8:30pm: Still Life Exhibitor Buildings close
10:00pm: Gates Close

9:00am: Horses & Mules: Showmanship, Halters Classes, Western & English Equitation
9:00am: 4-H & FFA Demonstrations, time subject to change, Food & Craft Building
10:00am: Goat Roping Classes (all day)
11:00am: 4-H Action Activities-Main Building
