Tuesday, April 29, 2025

6:00 AM-4:00 PM: Hog weigh-in/Carcass hogs in by Noon
2:00 PM-6:00 PM: Lamb and Goat weigh-in
2:00 PM-6:00 PM: Steer & Heifer check-in. All cattle to be weighed prior to 6 pm. No stalling before vet check at the scales.
6:00 PM: All Animals To Be Checked In & Stalled
6:30 PM: Opening Ceremony & Barn Updates – ALL exhibitors to attend (Beef show ring)
7:30 PM: Ambassador Applicant Interview

Wednesday, April 30, 2025 Market/Type/Breeding Judging

8:00 - 11:00 AM: Franz Bakery Giveaways
9:00 AM: 4-H & FFA Breeding Heifer Show
          FFA Prospect Steers followed by FFA Market Beef Show
          4-H Prospect Steers followed by 4-H Market Beef Show, followed by the Beef Breeder’s Pen Contest (listen for break announcements)
9:00 AM: 4-H Market Swine followed by FFA Market Swine, followed by Gilt Show, followed by Final Drives.
9:00 AM: 4-H Lambs followed by FFA Lambs, followed by PeeWee Showmanship
         Ewe Breed Class & Prospect Lamb - 4-H and FFA combined
9:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Farm Fair (Ag A Bldg.)
1:30 PM: 4-H Goats followed by FFA Goats, followed by Prospect & Doeling Breed Classes (4-H and FFA combined).
5:00 PM: Cattle Team Fitting Competition
6:00 PM: Hog Barn Final Drives

Thursday, May 1, 2025 Fitting & Showing

6:30 - 9:00 AM: Complimentary Exhibitor Breakfast (Coffee Cart)
9:00 AM: Beef PeeWee Showmanship followed by FFA Beef followed by 4-H Beef (listen for break announcements)
9:00 AM: 4-H Swine followed by FFA Swine, followed by PeeWee Showmanship
9:00 AM: 4-H Lambs followed by FFA Lambs, Champion rounds immediately follow each age division
9:30 AM-2:30 PM: Farm Fair (Ag A Bldg)
1:30 PM: 4-H Goats followed by FFA Goats, Champion rounds immediately follow each age division
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM: BBQ featuring Nordic Smoke, complimentary for exhibitors, $15 tickets available online or at the door (Bay 4)
5:30 PM: Beef Showmanship Final Drive
6:00 PM: Hog Showmanship Final Drive
              Round Robin Following the completion of all barn finals

Friday May 2, 2025

8:00 - 11:00 AM: 509 Show Circuit Giveaways (Ag B)
8:00 AM: Registration for 4-H / FFA Meats Judging and Vet Science. (Ag A)
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: 4-H Demonstrations/FFA Speaking Contests/Vet Science – (Expo Bldg Conference Rooms/Ag A)
8:00 AM-9:45 AM: 4-H Check-in for Livestock Judging (Beef Show Ring). Walk-ons accepted until/no substitutions after 9:30am.
10:45 AM: 4-H and FFA Livestock Judging line up. Await instructions. Rotations begin at 11 am (Beef Show Ring)
Following Judging Contest, Set up of Sale Barn. Available exhibitors and parents are requested to help.
1:00 PM: Stock Show U, details to be announced
5:00 PM: Awards Presentation & Parade of Champions (Beef Show Ring)
All exhibitors, parents, advisors/leaders are encouraged to attend. Release of animals to follow.
All No-Sale Animals Released at the conclusion of awards – Must check out with barn superintendent

Saturday, May 3, 2025-Market Livestock Auction

7:30 AM - 8:45 AM: Les Schwab’s Buyer Appreciation Breakfast (Bay 4)

9:00 AM Sale of Champions: Beef, Lamb, Goat, Swine
Followed by market auction of: Swine, Lamb, Goat, Beef
Some animals may leave to accommodate Butchers and Turn Hauler

Release of Exhibitor, At Barn Superintendent Discretion
