All district public schools in the Osceola School District will be open on Wednesday, August 30. After the latest weather briefing this morning from the National Weather Service in Melbourne and meeting with Osceola County Emergency Management and all partners, it has been determined that the forecast is safe for the district to operate school buses and to be open tomorrow for a normal day of instruction.  As a reminder, all after-school activities are cancelled for today. All school events, activities, and sporting events will resume on Wednesday. While we do not expect extreme weather conditions as the track of the storm has continued to shift more to the west, we encourage parents and students to be especially cautious, patient, and vigilant tomorrow morning.
