This week, we are happy to present a teacher of our community, Danica Guerrero!

Danica Guerrero lives in Colorado Springs and has been teaching online with the Alliance Française de Denver for two years. She is American and began her French studies in middle school. She made her first trip to France in high school and graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2010 with a B.A. in French. She went on to complete a Master's degree in French at the University of North Texas in 2020. As a military wife, she has lived and worked just about everywhere. For the most part, she's worked in American high schools, but she's also taught French in an international nursery, with military adults, and with several private students. She loves traveling, reading, yoga, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. Currently, she spends most of her time with her two-year-old daughter Anaïs, who is learning French; Danica hopes to continue her studies in French literature one day.
