Every day, the American Red Cross responds to about 175 disasters. That’s more than 5,000 disasters each month — and it’s only possible because we can depend on our dedicated year-round supporters at every step.

Already in the first two months of 2025, we’ve seen life-altering wildfires across California, devastating flooding in Kentucky and storms throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. As we face the uncertain year ahead, we’re counting on 150 new Red Cross Champions — our committed monthly supporters — to join us by midnight tomorrow and ensure that we’re always prepared.

We wouldn’t be the organization we are today without our Red Cross Champions, whose sustained support helps provide families with shelter, warm meals, lifesaving relief supplies and more.

But as we face an unprecedented frequency and intensity of disasters, meeting our goal of recruiting 150 Champions has never been more important.
