From: Annual Craft and Antique FairThe Annual Craft and Antique Fair will be held on ?December 2, 2023 at the Waynesville Highschool Gymnasium again this year! If you are interested in being a vendor this year, and you sell handmade craft items or antiques, please complete the form below and submit payment online ASAP.
We are so excited to have this popular event back in our community! Please be aware that booths fill quickly and space is limited for vendors! All vendors are required to donate an item or gift certificate for a fundraiser we are holding at the event, with funds raised going to local community organizations.
Because we are a not-for-profit, philanthropic organization, there will be a convenience fee to cover credit card fees.
If you are unable to complete the form online you may mail it to the address listed on the application with submission of your fees.
The Craft Fair has become a celebrated tradition at Fort Leonard Wood and attracts hundreds of military families and community members each year. Vendors enjoy connecting with new and existing customers in this festive atmosphere. By becoming a vendor, you also help us support the community through outreach grant and scholarship support.
We hope you will join us!

The fair is a celebrated tradition here and attracts hundreds of military families and community members each year. The fair also helps the FWCSC make a positive difference in our community by raising funds to give back through our scholarships and community outreach programs. The fair proudly showcases the talents of local artisans and provides a festive country market atmosphere for the holidays.
For these reasons, the FWCSC strives to maintain the fair’s reputation of featuring quality, original handmade crafts. We do not allow items purchased from catalogs, stores, franchises, or other vendors; however, we do allow vendors to sell antique items. (No weapons of any kind may be sold.)
The FWCSC reserves the right to limit duplicate vendors if necessary. This protects our vendors and ensures a wide variety of items for our patrons. If vendors sell similar items, we maintain the right to limit those products; similar requests will be placed in the order that the applications were postmarked/submitted. We also reserve the right to reject any item for sale or refuse entry to the premises with NO REFUND if the requirements are not met.
We hope you will join us for this year’s Fair. By popular demand, we are thrilled to be bringing back the opportunity drawings.
We ask all vendors to supply a one-of-a-kind creation valued at $15 or more as part of this incentive. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
