Franklin High School Hall of Fame 2024 Induction Ceremony — Forever Farms, 275 Miller Road, Franklin. Social Hour begins at 5:30PM; Ceremony at 6:30PM. 2024 Inductees are 1971 and 1972 Football Teams; Dr. Stephen W. Eakin; Rear Admiral Arthur Kenneth Knoizen; Mr. Gary Shingledecker; and Mr. Steve Shingledecker. Tickets are $20 each and available at the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce.

Annie (Musical) — Franklin Civic Operetta Association presents the popular musical Annie at the Barrow-Civic Theatre, 1223 Liberty Street on September 27, 28, October 3, 4 and 5 at 7:30PM; and September 29 at 2:00PM. For tickets, call 814-437-3440 or going online to barrowtheatre.org

Victorian Residential Architecture Walking Tour — 2PM, meet in front of the Quality Inn & Conference Center. Sponsored and led by Franklin Rotary Club.

St. John’s Episcopal Church/Grace Luncheon/Basket Raffle — 11AM-3PM, 1145 Buffalo Street. (basement level). Soup & Sandwich Luncheon, free ages 2 and under; $5 ages 3 to 12; $10 all others.

Tiffany Window Tours — 10AM, Noon, and 2PM, St. John’s Episcopal Church, 1145 Buffalo Street.

To raise awareness and empower our neighbors, EMMCO West, Inc. will be offering free training in Stop the Bleed and Hands-Only CPR. These life-saving skills can make a crucial difference in emergencies, especially as EMS response times are stretched thin. Join us in supporting our EMS providers by learning how you can help in critical situations. Together, we can strengthen our community's resilience and preparedness.
