Yesterday, New York Democrat U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer called millions of hard-working Americans "greedy" for believing lower taxes and common sense regulations are how to best help small businesses thrive.

SCHUMER: "Their attitude is, 'I made my money all by myself. How dare your government take my money from me?'" 

Whether it's being called Deplorables, Garbage, or Greedy, Democrats can't help themselves: they hold contempt for tens of millions of hard-working Americans.

"Senator Schumer should be ashamed of himself for denigrating small businesses and the hard-working people of our country. The NCGOP calls on Democrats to repudiate these comments and show they support the small businesses and workers who make up half of North Carolina's private employment," said NCGOP Chairman Jason Simmons.
